有機(ji)溶(rong)劑回收(shou)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)用於(yu)吸附過濾(lv)工(gong)業生產(chan)過(guo)程中(zhong)排(pai)出(chu)的(de)有(you)機廢(fei)氣(qi),並且(qie)能將(jiang)廢(fei)氣(qi)中(zhong)的(de)有(you)機物變(bian)成液體(ti)回(hui)收利(li)用。按所處(chu)理的(de)含(han)有機物(wu)氣(qi)體(ti)種(zhong)類、濃(nong)度和工(gong)況(kuang)不(bu)同,吸(xi)附回收效(xiao)率(lv)高達95——98%。

(1)有(you)機溶(rong)劑回收(shou)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)未(wei)進(jin)入工(gong)作模式:有(you)機溶(rong)劑回收(shou)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)電源開關(guan),扭動壹(yi)下(xia)為(wei)設備通(tong)過(guo)模式,並非工(gong)作模式。需(xu)要(yao)連(lian)續扭動兩次(ci)設備才(cai)會進(jin)入正(zheng)常(chang)工(gong)作模式,這時看(kan)工(gong)作指示(shi)燈(deng)亮,即(ji)為(wei)工(gong)作模式;
(2)冷(leng)卻管(guan)道堵塞:解決方法,關(guan)機後(hou)等(deng)蒸(zheng)氣(qi)表溫度降至(zhi)50℃以下(xia),打開回(hui)收(shou)桶(tong)蓋,使(shi)用qi槍(qiang)對(dui)準出料(liao)口(kou)吹(chui)氣(qi),直至(zhi)空(kong)氣(qi)從(cong)蒸(zheng)氣(qi)進口(kou)跑(pao)出(chu);
(3)溶(rong)劑沸點過(guo)高:解決方法是(shi)適(shi)當將加(jia)熱(re)溫度調高20-30℃,若加(jia)熱(re)溫度已經調(tiao)到zui高,可配(pei)真(zhen)空(kong)減壓(ya)泵(beng)回收(shou);
(4)導(dao)熱(re)油(you)傳(chuan)熱(re)性(xing)不(bu)好:解決方法,有(you)機(ji)溶(rong)劑回收(shou)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)導(dao)熱(re)油(you)每(mei)工(gong)作1500小時需(xu)要(yao)更換壹(yi)次(ci),若長(chang)時(shi)間不(bu)換,不(bu)僅(jin)造(zao)成傳(chuan)熱(re)性(xing)不(bu)好,工(gong)作效率(lv)降低(di),還(hai)可能(neng)因(yin)油質結(jie)碳(tan)對(dui)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)造(zao)成損(sun)壞(huai)。所以當導熱(re)油(you)使(shi)用時間超過1500小時,應(ying)馬(ma)上更換導(dao)熱(re)油(you);
